    President | CEO
    Scott Gruber, prior to founding and serving as President & CEO of Bridge Capital, spent 25 years in the debt capital markets industry. Scott was Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets for Cantor Fitzgerald playing a key role in rebuilding their sales floor, portfolio strategies, government & municipal trading desk and account management systems after that company’s significant 9/11 losses. Scott held the same position with National Bank of Commerce Capital Markets Group, which later merged into SunTrust Bank, NA
  • Rudi Scheidt Jr

    Rudi Scheidt Jr., (Rudi) has over 30 years of experience in the banking and debt capital markets industry. Currently Rudi serves as Chairman of Bridge Capital and plays a key role in the company’s effort to raise investor capital as well as seek greater bank funding capacity. Prior to joining Bridge Capital, Rudi enjoyed a similar role as Chairman of Commusaumn Capital, an asset management firm specializing in the banking industry. Prior to Commusaumn Capital, Rudi was President of National Bank of Commerce Capital Markets Group, which later merged into SunTrust Bank, NA, where he became Managing Director for SunTrust Debt Capital Markets.

    Greg A. Ziskind (Greg) Helped found Bridge Capital and currently serves as the company’s VP & General Counsel. Greg is a partner in Closetrak, LLC, a leading real estate closing firm in Memphis, TN with emphasis on corporate, real estate and general business matters. Greg has been a licensed attorney in TN for over 14 years. Greg’s diverse skill set is key to his role in overseeing the company’s compliance with legal matters and ensuring that transactions have a proper structure and necessary steps are taken to protect company interest in underlying collateral.

    Lee joined Bridge Capital on a full time basis in 2014, after serving as the outside CPA since Bridge's founding. Lee has over 30 years in public accounting with an extensive background in real estate accounting and taxation. Among Lee's duties is the oversight all accounting functions and liaison with Bridge's various banking relations.

    Chris Gaddy is Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Capital. He oversees all day to day operations, ensuring the company has the necessary systems in place to manage rapid growth without sacrificing loan quality. Chris came to Bridge Capital as the CIO and still holds responsibility for Information Technology. He establishes and plans overall policies and goals for technology. He analyzes the needs of Bridge Capital as well as the peripheral businesses and determines ways to meet the business objectives.

    Business Development Officer
    Brad serves as Business Development Officer for Bridge Capital. Brad is responsible for onboarding new partnership businesses. He serves as liaison to business owners and is responsible for performance and profitability. Brad came to Bridge Capital in 2015. Prior to that, Brad spent 25 years in the golf and hospitality business. He’s a 20 year life member of the PGA of America.

    Investor Relations

    Cheryl Mattingly (Cheryl) is the Investor Relations Coordinator. Prior to Bridge Capital, Cheryl spent 15 years at First Tennessee Bank, starting out in Corporate Trust and Funds Management and working her way up to Database Administrator at the Bond Division. Cheryl spent 5 years, before the birth of her daughter, as an independent contractor working for Union Planters Mortgage Division, which is now Regions Bank and Vining Sparks Investment Banking Group. After taking a few years off to start a family, she returned to work part time at Suntrust Capital Markets and Countrywide Securities. She started with Bridge Capital in October 2012 underwriting loans. She enjoys cooking, reading, boating and traveling with her family.

    Head Underwriter
    Abby Tompkins joined Bridge Capital in the Fall of 2014 as an Underwriter. Her knowledge of Real Estate and understanding of processes quickly advanced her to the position she holds today as Head Underwriter. She is a recent graduate of Mississippi State University where she majored in Real Estate Finance. She enjoys assisting investors grow their real estate portfolios and learning more about their investment goals along the way. In her spare time she maintains her real estate licenses in Mississippi and Tennessee and keeps several active listings. She is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors.

    Lisa Stark (Lisa) joined Bridge Capital in 2013 to handle all of the post-closings. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry which includes Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau, Holiday Inns, and Hilton Corporation. In 2011, Lisa was nominated “Recruiter of the Year” by Healthcare Traveler Magazine. In her free time Lisa enjoys to cook, travel and hangout with her family and friends.

    Jayne Geranios is a Realtor specializing in Residential Real Estate with over 20 years combined experience both here in the United States and also in her home country of Zimbabwe, Africa. Jayne oversees the day to day operations of BC Memphis Property Holdings, LLC, including the property management. As a licensed realtor in Tennessee, Jayne has been a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, TN Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors for 12 years. Jayne prides herself on giving every tenant an excellent rental experience with a personal touch. She is married and has two grown children and is rather fond of her only grandson. During her free time Jayne likes to fish and camp with her family.

    Kathy Dion-Tyree (Kathy) is originally from Ontario, Canada and moved to Memphis in 2007. Kathy has been with the company since 2012. Before working for Bridge, Kathy worked as a receptionist for the City of Greater Sudbury for 5 years. She is married with a son, Dalton. She enjoys to play pool in her free time.

    David Weant is the Accounting Assistant to the CFO, handling many of the day to day activities freeing the CFO to manage money movement, strategic planning, loan activity, etc. Before joining Bridge Capital this year, David, who has over 24 years of experience in accounting, spent 8 years as CFO of Oak Hall, 3 years as Vice President of The Evans Companies and 17 as a self-employed independent contractor in packaging. David earned his accounting degree from Mississippi State University. He and wife Nell have been married 42 years and have 2 grown sons, Alan and John. In his spare time he enjoys all sports, especially golf, football and Cardinal baseball.

    Lynn Conroy joined Bridge Capital in 2015 as an Underwriter. Lynn works directly with turnkey providers and investors addressing their concerns, ensuring all loan qualifications are met, and gathering supporting documents to complete the loans. Prior to Bridge Capital, Lynn spent 15 years at Hilton Hotels Corporation, first with the Hampton brand and then as a Training Coordinator for all Hilton brand hotels. Originally from Connecticut Lynn moved in 1979 and now calls Memphis home. Lynn has two grown and married children and two beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, reading and having her toes in the sand.
